6H June Holidays Class Outing

HI GUys,

I just went for my primary school class gathering- an outing to the Qian Hu Fish Farm and a movie screening of the Chronicles of Narnia- Prince Caspian. I enjoyed the trip to the Qian Hu Fish Farm and meeting all the 6 Honestiians. We got a group discount for both the places we go... Oh yes, not forgetting the discount we got from the class fund. THe photos below are not in order... it's just random. It's a pity that I forgot to take pictures when we are in Lot 1... too excited to watch the movie!

EnvirOlympics Torch-Baton Relay

Hi guys!

Just yesterday I participated in one of the events of the National Youth EnvirOlympics. As you can see from the title of this post, it is a torch relay to encourage the public to save the environment and join the events held at Hougang mall this saturday in the afternoon. We basically just held the mock torch and a huge board while travelling to different areas of Singapore such as ACJC, the Science Centre and MRT stations. We got quite a lot of attention from the public from the torch and stuff but it was a fun experience for me anyway.

It's my first time participating in such an event and well, it's something that I've never imagined I have done- advertisement but I really enjoyed it. I am really glad I have chosen to participate in this whole event- not only the relay, but the competition that is going to be held this Saturday too.

The best thing is that I can earn ACE points... lol

June Holidays? Not very.

Hi guys,

Well, this year's June Holidays for me is certainly packed with activities. I've never been so busy before...

The most stressful thing now is to quickly master Dreamweaver CS3 and Flash CS3 so that my Project's Day website can be up by 2 weeks time. Besides this, I still have to do some research on Environmental Laws and Environmental Science to prepare for the Youth EnvirOlympics. Lastly, on top of all these, I still need to complete the script for my 16 panels on Spices for the Philatelic competition. Oh yes, and most importantly, ACE projects.

Time is passing so quickly and I don't seem to have enough of it... no one is.

The most exciting event I'm looking forward to is to run the EnvirOlympics relay with the "torch". This is the first time I'm doing such a thing...
