YAY! At last this would be a first time of the yr when I could earn CIP hours !!!
I think I'll be attending 4 performances. One at the River Hongbao, another in my school for CNY celebration. Then it'd be a monday where i'll perform in Nan hua pri. , then a sunday when i perform for my school's alumni or smth like that...
Hope could earn at least avg. of 3 CIP for each activity :)

The Last Period by Ting Chang Hui
Introduction:
Basically, this poem is dedicated to my physics teacher, Mrs. Loi. Whether the purpose is good or bad, read it to find out. I've actually composed it the day after that last period. Leave your comments for improvements. I welcome them.

THE LAST PERIOD
It started.
There was a storm.
Lightning flashed and thunder roared,
the storm was raging.
Mirrors were upright,
beams were reflected
and papers were marked with lines.
Answers were shown
Pencils were sketching
Pens were writing
Answers were filled in
The lesson continued
The teacher sang
She sang a lullaby...
The storm subsided
The mystical voice sang with strange words
that no one heard before
Everything became calm
though it wasn't over
Everything sank into oblivion,
though it wasn't over
Everthing was unusually silent
thought it wasn't over.
The storm had ended
and the voice sang on and on till
It ended.
Having read this funny poem or prose, what do you think is the purpose? Lol, as if it's like a LIterature killer question....nah, it isn't.
Although i wrote it so "nicely" (?) , it was meant to say that her voice was so high pitch and gentle that the whole class went to sleep. Futhermore, it was the chim terms that made things worse. (Her lessons are good for insomia)

Can't wait for trip to Christian Outreach College
I just can't wait to visit Brisbane!
It's just so cool that it'll be the first European country I visit...
The next best thing is that I'll be involved in a home-stay programme to experience a life with a AUSTRALIAN family for ONE WEEK!!!!
I'm just so excited and elated that the school has provided me with such a beautiful learning opportunity to interact with a mass group of Australians and hence getting to know their perspectives.
This, in my opinion, would be an enriching and memorable experience.

New and Different Chinese Teacher
Mr. Ong Ghim Siong, Dorje!
He's cool. Just a music lover :) Good that he introduces to the class a song at least once a week. At least lessons wouldn't be too boring...
He's the first teacher i noe who's vegetarian. A buddhist devotee...Saw some buddha statues over at his desk.
Average size, dun really scold :)
Hope that i'll have a great yr of chinese lessons ahead!

Lost 2 books
Dunno how can 2 books just mysteriously disappear like that...What has happened? Seriously hope its not an intergrity issue. Kind of sad, disappointed, frustrated, angry. AH!!!!!
